What is Watch TCM?
Watch TCM is the convenient way to watch great classic films when you want, where you want uncut, commercial free... and it's absolutely free.
Watch TCM is a "TV Everywhere" service that allows you to access movies and the TCM television network on additional devices (a PC/Mac computer and on mobile devices) beyond your TV Service Provider cable or satellite set-top box. You can access the same great programming, uncut and commercial free, available free, if you get TCM at home through your TV Service Provider.
To learn how you can access this service, watch our special video with host Ben Manckiewicz explaining the steps to get started with Watch TCM.
Live TV Feeds
East
This live feed is the network you currently get at home. The air times of all movies playing are on Eastern Standard Time.
West
This is a new service for Watch TCM users. TCM West is the same live feed of the TCM network, but the movies here are all scheduled on Pacific Standard Time. They appear 3 hours later than on TCM East live feed. TCM WEST IS ONLY AVAILABLE THROUGH WATCH TCM!
With TCM East and TCM West, you always have 2 great choices of movies to watch LIVE at any time!
On Demand Movies
Watch TCM watch whenever you wish online on your computer or on your mobile devices. These movies are available "on demand" and you can pause, fast-forward, rewind, or even add them to a Watch List to view later. Unlike the live network feeds, these movies can be watched whenever you like, but please be aware that On Demand movies are only available for 7 days after they air on TCM on TV.
Log-In Help
Problems accessing your account? We can help.
If you are having problems logging into Watch TCM, we can help with some simple steps to get started. Here are 3 important things you need to have before we begin:
1. You need to get Turner Classic Movies at home. You will need an active subscription from a TV Service Provider where you already receive TCM.
2. Your TV Service Provider needs to be on our list of partners. Watch TCM is available only to customers who get TCM at home and have a TV provider on our current list that you see when you login to Watch TCM. Please check back often if you do not find your current service provider on our list as we are adding new providers frequently.
3. If your TV Service Provider is currently partnering with Watch TCM, you will need a username and password from your TV Service Provider to log in.
Here are the steps to log in:
Step 1: Determine if you can access Watch TCM
To log into Watch TCM, you will need an active subscription to a cable TV, telco (e.g., ATT U-Verse or Verizon FIOS), or satellite provider. If your TV Service Provider is not partnering with Watch TCM, you cannot currently access the feature length content on Watch TCM (which are the live broadcast feeds and On Demand movies). However, you can explore Watch TCM's movie pages, listings, schedule and other features online or on our mobile applications.
Step 2: Watch TCM
Great, so you get TCM at home and your TV Service Provider is listed. So now you need to login:
1. Select "Login" from the home screen of Watch TCM, and select your TV Service Provider.
2. Enter a username and password from the cable or satellite TV Service provider.
3. When you have successfully logged in, you will see your TV Service Provider logo in the right corner of the screen.
If you don't know or have problems with your username and password
Please contact your TV Service Provider to obtain that information. The username and password from your TV Service Provider is often the same that you use to access your account services with that TV Service Provider, such as monthly billing or changes in service.
If you are still experiencing issues with logging unrelated to any of the above, please visit our contact us section and describe your problem.
