Carole Mallory was widely known for her acting on the big screen. Mallory marked her early career with roles in the James Caan spy picture "The Killer Elite" (1975), the Katharine Ross horror film "The Stepford Wives" (1975) and "In the Glitter Palace" (NBC, 1976-77). Later, Mallory acted in "Roger & Harry: The Mitera Target" (1976-77), "Arthur Hailey's "Wheels"" (1977-78) and "Brave New World" (NBC, 1979-1980). She also appeared in the Art Carney drama "Steel" (1980). Later in her career, Mallory acted in "Take This Job and Shove It" (1981).
